We can’t get better if we don’t know what we can do to be better. Understanding where we are now is key to avoiding a terrible execution afterward. The audit is meant to highlight the small and big fixes so that when the time comes, we learn from our mistakes and keep doing the things that serve us well.

Nothing is created in seclusion. Our brand will live in a market surrounded by other options. It’s important to be aware of the market to find ways to stand out. When everyone zig, we should zag. Differentiation is a must, as well as research analysis to craft a positioning that makes sense and makes us stand out.
